Homepage Free Shipping Offer Information:
Lions Pride is offering FREE UPS/USPS Ground 2/5 day shipping on orders of $75 or more. Oversized items may have an additional handling charge applied. UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day Air do not qualify for the free shipping offer. All orders must be shipped to the Contiguous 48 United States. Shipments to Canada do not apply. This offer can end at anytime.
No coupon code is necessary.
UPS/USPS Ground Shipping 2-5 Days:
If your order is received by 10:30 am Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally be shipped out that same day. During the month of December, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing. For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday. Packages are not picked up from Lions Pride on Saturday or Sunday.
Lions Pride offers $5* ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska.
*Shipping premiums may apply to oversize items or items shipped from the manufacturer.
Lions Pride holds the right to choose the shipping carrier.
If your order is 4 pounds or less it will most likely be shipped Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. You can expect your Priority Mail package to be delivered in 2-5 business days from the time it leaves our store. Delivery date depends on your location.
You will receive email confirmation when your order leaves our store.
If your order is 4 pounds or more it will most likely be shipped with UPS. You can expect your UPS package to be delivered in 1-5 business days from the time it leaves our store. Delivery date depends on your location.
You will receive email confirmation and tracking information when your order leaves our store.
An additional shipping charge may be added to orders shipped to Hawaii.

UPS Express shipping:
If your order is received by 10:30 am Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and is being shipped UPS Next Day, Second Day or Third Day then it will ship the same day.
Please remember that Next Day, Second Day and Third Day services are only moving on Monday through Friday. Therefore if you order Thursday after 12:30 pm your order may not ship out until Friday. If it is shipped on Friday Next day it will not be received until Monday. Second day would arrive on Tuesday and Third day will arrive Wednesday.
FPO AND APO ADDRESSES CAN NOT BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY, 2nd DAY, OR
3rd DAY. GROUND 2-5 DAYS IS USED FOR ALL MILITARY ADDRESSES AT A FLAT RATE OF $5.00 THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE. Delivery times vary.

International Orders:
International orders are generally sent through the US Post Office. Rates start at $50.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:
For damaged items follow these steps:
1. Contact Lions Pride at 800-462-0068 or e-mail us at info@lions-pride.com to notify us of the problem.
2. A replacement will be sent out and UPS or USPS will be notified
3. Keep the damaged item in the original packaging for UPS or USPS to inspect.
For incorrect items follow these steps:
1. Contact Lions Pride at 800-462-0068 or e-mail us at info@lions-pride.com to notify us of the problem.
2. We will ship the correct item to you along with a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
3. Once you receive the correct item put the label on the packaging and mail it back to us
Product Exchange:
A product exchange is welcome with a receipt for an item still in its original condition within 120 days of purchase.
Simply return the item to Lions Pride, 112 East College Avenue, State College PA 16801. Please fill out the appropriate information on the Return & Exchange form that was included with your invoice or receipt. (Download Form)
We will mail the new item to you upon receipt of your exchanged item. Items selected for exchange are subject to availability. If they are not currently in stock, the customer will be notified by email & or by phone. A suggested substitute item or an anticipated back order date will be provided.
The customer will pay to return the item to Lions Pride. Lions Pride will pay to ship the new item back to the customer. Lions Pride will not refund your return shipping. All returns must be in their original condition and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.
Attention Lions Pride Customers:
Lions Pride will not return the difference in price on items that have gone on sale on our website and/or in the store.
Customers wishing to receive the sale price will have to return the item(s) to the store and re-purchase them. If
the item(s) have been purchased online or by phone, the items will have to be shipped back to
Lions Pride to be exchanged, in order to receive your credit. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay full
return shipping costs. All clothes MUST be in their original condition.

Product Return:
A product return is welcome with a receipt for an item in its original condition within 60 days of purchase for a full
refund or within 180 days of purchase for store credit.
Simply return the item to Lions Pride, 112 East College Avenue, State College PA 16801. Please fill out the appropriate information on the Return & Exchange form that was included with your invoice or receipt. (Download Form) All returned items must be in their original condition.
Your account will be credited for the merchandise being returned.
Lions Pride is unable to refund shipping costs. Receipts for your return will be either emailed or mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
All items MUST be in their original condition, with tags still on the item.
