      In-store Pickup:

      In-store pickup is available from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Order with us online and select the "PICK UP" option when checking out. Once you have placed your order, please give us a few hours to prepare it. We will send you an email once your order is ready to be picked up.

      All in-store pickups will happen at our downtown, 112 East College Ave., location. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed over the weekend.  Please contact us by phone with additional questions. (814) 234-2153

      UPS Ground Shipping 1-7 Days:

      When choosing the UPS Ground shipping option, your order will be considered a higher priority than our standard USPS Ground shipping and our Free Shipping over $75.00. We understand you are choosing to pay a higher price and should receive expedited processing of your order. Your order will be processed ahead of our standard USPS ground shipping and our Free shipping over $75 options. We have found UPS to be the most reliable shipping carrier in the business and want to bring that service to our valued customers.

      If your order is received by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally leave our store the same day. (During the month of December, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing). For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday. Packages do not leave our store on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Friday morning will not leave our store until the following Monday or Tuesday.

      UPS rates are displayed at check out.

      UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air:

      When choosing the UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option, your order will take the highest priority over our UPS ground, our standard USPS Ground shipping and our Free Shipping over $75.00. We understand you are choosing to pay a higher price and would like the order as soon as possible. We understand the urgency of the order and you will receive expedited processing of your order. Your order will be processed ahead of all other shipping options. We have found UPS to be the most reliable shipping carrier in the business and want to offer that service to our valued customers.

      If your order is received by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and is being shipped UPS Next Day and/or UPS Second Day, it will ship the same day. (excluding Holiday shipping periods)

      Please remember that Next Day and Second Day services are only moving on Monday through Friday. Therefore, if you order Thursday after 11 AM Eastern Standard Time, your order may not ship out until Friday. If it is shipped on Friday, Next day air, it will not be received until Monday. The same is true for UPS Second Day.

      *UPS No longer guarantees their Second Day service to arrive in 2 business days. Every effort is made, however there is no guarantee. UPS Second Day service guarantee was suspended on March 24, 2020. Only UPS Next Day Air is currently guaranteed.

      FPO and APO addresses can't be shipped UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. They will only be shipped USPS with the Postal Service. Delivery times vary.

      United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground shipping rates start at $8 per order.

      Spend $75 or more and receive FREE ground shipping on most items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

      Some exclusions apply:

      Shipping premiums may apply to oversize items or items shipped from the manufacturer.  Some oversized items include diploma frames and Blakeway framed panoramic stadium prints.

      Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free ground shipping. Ground shipping fees for Alaska and Hawaii are $15.

      International Orders:

      International orders are generally sent through the US Post Office. 

      Damaged / Incorrect Items:

      For damaged items follow these steps:

      1. Contact Lions Pride at (814) 234-2153 or e-mail us at info@lions-pride.com to notify us of the problem.

      2. A replacement will be sent out and UPS or USPS will be notified

      3. Keep the damaged item in the original packaging for UPS or USPS to inspect.

      For incorrect items follow these steps:

      1. Contact Lions Pride at (814) 234-2153 or e-mail us at info@lions-pride.com to notify us of the problem.

      2. We will ship the correct item to you along with a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.

      3. Once you receive the correct item put the label on the packaging and mail it back to us

      Product Exchange:

      A product exchange is welcome with a receipt for an item still in its original condition within 120 days of purchase.
      Simply return the item to Lions Pride, 112 East College Avenue, State College PA 16801. Please fill out the appropriate information on the Return & Exchange form that was included with your invoice or receipt.(Download Form)

      We will mail the new item to you upon receipt of your exchanged item. Items selected for exchange are subject to availability. If they are not currently in stock, the customer will be notified by email & or by phone. A suggested substitute item or an anticipated back order date will be provided.

      The customer will pay to return the item to Lions Pride. Lions Pride will pay to ship the new item back to the customer. Lions Pride will not refund your return shipping. All returns must be in their original condition and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

      Attention Lions Pride Customers:

      Lions Pride will not return the difference in price on items that have gone on sale on our website and/or in the store.
      Customers wishing to receive the sale price will have to return the item(s) to the store and re-purchase them. If the item(s) have been purchased online or by phone, the items will have to be shipped back to Lions Pride to be exchanged, in order to receive your credit. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay full
      return shipping costs. All clothes MUST be in their original condition.

      Product Return:

      A product return is welcome with a receipt for an item in its original condition within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or within 180 days of purchase for store credit.
      Simply return the item to Lions Pride, 112 East College Avenue, State College PA 16801. Please fill out the appropriate information on the Return & Exchange form that was included with your invoice or receipt. (Download Form) All returned items must be in their original condition.

      Your account will be credited for the merchandise being returned.
      Lions Pride is unable to refund shipping costs. Receipts for your return will be either emailed or mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

      All items MUST be in their original condition, with tags still on the item.
